Goldman & Pease, LLC Announces the Transition of Partner Howard S. Goldman to Of Counsel

Goldman & Pease LLC is pleased to announce that longtime founding partner Howard S. Goldman will transition to the role of “Of Counsel”, effective January 1, 2026.

Howard has been a valued member of the firm since its founding in 2007, during which time he has played a pivotal role in the growth of our litigation, real estate and transactional practice and has been instrumental in successfully representing clients throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

In his “Of Counsel” role, Howard will continue to provide strategic guidance and legal insight to the firm and our clients, while focusing on his existing clients. This transition reflects Howard’s desire to step back from the duties of daily management, while remaining an integral part of the firm’s ongoing growth and success.

“We are deeply grateful for Howard’s years of leadership and commitment,” said Cameron Pease, Managing Partner of Goldman & Pease LLC. “We look forward to continuing our work together in his new capacity and benefiting from his experience and judgment.” “I am proud of what we have built together at Goldman & Pease LLC” said Howard. “Moving into an “Of Counsel” role allows me to stay engaged with the firm and our clients I care about, while focusing on the areas of practice that are most meaningful to me.”
