Dear Landlord and Friend,

This month’s seminar is next Saturday December 10th. We will start at 6:00PM for networking. The seminar will start at 7:00PM. The location is: MIT, Tang Center Building E51 Room 315, 70 Memorial Drive, Cambridge, MA 02142.

The subjects for this month:

1. “Adverse Possession” by attorneys Howard Goldman and Cameron Pease. They will also answer other questions you might have regarding property management in general.

2. How to Determine the Values of Multi Unit Properties” – Part 2: the Net Operation Income by Jason Pan.

3. Renovation, Repair and Maintenance discussion session: “Window and Doors” by Bernie Wat.

4. The Case Study: “Pest Control Problems and One Owner’s Attempt to Recover the Cost ” by Diana Wang. Followup Report by David Lu.
