Needham, MA. (February 16, 2011) – Goldman & Pease LLC, is pleased to announce the addition of two attorneys to its Needham office: Rebecca A. Erlichman and Tracy L. Davis.

Ms. Erlichman has extensive experience in the areas of real property and real estate litigation, having previously served as a law clerk to Hon. Charles W. Trombly, Jr. at the Massachusetts Land Court. She also has significant experience in general collections litigation and contract disputes. Prior to joining Goldman & Pease LLC, Ms. Erlichman worked at two Boston-area firms as a litigation associate. Ms. Erlichman graduated, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School, where she was a member of the Law Review.
Ms. Davis has concentrated her practice over the past eleven years on civil litigation, real estate and corporate matters. Ms. Davis has also handled product liability, personal injury and contract disputes and she is proficient in handling real estate transactions involving residential and commercial financings as well as negotiating commercial real estate agreements. A 1998 cum laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School, Ms. Davis has extensive experience mediating matters and previously volunteered as a pro bono attorney for the May Institute in Randolph, Massachusetts. Prior to joining Goldman & Pease LLC, Ms. Davis worked at a law firms in Boston and Wellesley, Massachusetts.
The addition of the two new associates is in line with Goldman & Pease LLC’s strategy of providing service and value to its clients on an individual level.
