Take advantage of the opportunity to ask a condominium attorney your specific association questions for free. Attorneys will be available to answer a range of legal questions. Discuss your specific concerns about rules and regulations adoption and enforcement, or find out how to amend your condominium documents. You bring the questions, and these professionals will provide the answers.

This year we will offer training programs for association leaders and managers.
Association Leaders:
The popular “Board Member Boot Camp” a full-day workshop for home-owners who are assuming a leadership role in their communities.
The workshop will be from 9am – 5pm. Attendees will be able to join the conference & expo exhibitors over lunch from Noon-1pm. Pre registration and fee are required for this program.
