Jessica S. Peake concentrates her practice in real estate litigation, commercial law, and business law.
Attorney Peake attended Marist College in Poukeepsie, New York and earned a B.S. in criminal justice. She then worked as a paralegal at a civil litigation firm for two years before attending Suffolk University Law School. During her time at Suffolk University Law School, Attorney Peake was an editor of the Journal of Health and Biomedical Law, participated in moot court competitions, and was a SJC Rule 3:30 student attorney with the Family Advocacy Clinic.
Attorney Peake has extensive experience in handling real estate litigation matters involving construction, condominiums, landlords and tenants, and buyers and sellers. These disputes surround allegations of negligence, breach of contract, unjust enrichment, fraud, misrepresentation, and breach of warranty. Her clientele consists of condominium boards, investor owners, and unit owners, real estate developers, commercial and residential landlords, commercial and residential tenants, corporations, homeowners, and trustees.
Attorney Peake is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. She is also a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Women’s Bar Association.
In her free time, Jess plays rugby for Charles Rivier Rugby Club and serves as the club’s sponsorship chair. She also enjoys traveling, reading, and attending concerts.
